CFPHA offers Club Class members a taste of living and relaxing in the Scottish Highlands in the private as well as offering other member facilities and experiences as may be available from time to time.
The principle benefits of becoming a Club Class Member are:
Club Class Members may utilise CFPHA facilities for the dates booked for those facilities and/or experiences and enjoy other Member privileges and experiences that may be available from time to time.
Club Class Members may bring additional people who are not Members for the term of their booked facility/experience as per their booking terms.
All Club Class Members agree to be bound by and adhere to the following Terms and Conditions:
1.0 To become a Club Class Member:
1.1 All prospective Members if successful will become Club Class Members.
1.2 To become a Club Class Member, all people looking to join must have an interest and preferably a passion for ………. which is the common bond of the Association.
1.3 All prospective Members must agree to be bound by the CFPHA terms and conditions, and agree to donate the applicable amount to CLPHA to become a Member. (currently £1)
1.4 Only people may become Members of CFPHA, it is not open to any instrumental legal persons, Companies, and/or public authorities, nor are these entities to be granted entry as a Members addition.
1.5 Unless otherwise stated, Member status is usually requested and granted at the time of booking a CFPHA facility or experience.
1.5 The Council for CFPHA has the right to refuse people becoming members at their sole discretion.
2.0 Term
2.1 Club Class Members become restricted Club Class Members upon the applicable Member donation being made. For clarification this means no access is permitted to any CFPHA land/facility/experience until the booked arrival date and time.
2.2 Club Class Members become full Club Class Members on the date and time in which use of a member facility is booked for, and Club Class Members cease to be Members once the booked dates have passed or their booking is cancelled, or their member status is cancelled by the Council for the CFPHA.
3.0 The principle benefits of becoming a Club Class Member are:
3.1 Club Class Members may utilise CFPHA facilities for the dates booked for those facilities and/or experiences and enjoy other Member privileges and experiences that may be available from time to time. Facilities may not be used at any other time.
3.2 Club Class Members may bring additional people who are not Members for the term of their booked facility/experience as per their booking terms.
3.3 Club Class Members become beneficiaries of the Camusericht Lodge (Private Trust) Association for the duration of their Club Class Member status.
4.0 Governance
4.1 CFPHA is managed by the Council for the CFPHA in accordance with the Associations privately held Articles of Association.
4.2 The Council for the CFPHA may change/alter/vary these Terms and Conditions at any time without consultation to its Club Class Members.
4.3 Club Class Members do not have voting rights to elect Council Members and have no right to, attend meetings, or, view minutes of meetings.
5.0 Private
5.1 CFPHA is a Private Association, all Members and prospective Members acknowledge that the CFPHA operates privately by private contracts between people outside the public domain.
5.2 As private Members and trust beneficiaries Club Class Members acknowledge that the CFPHA is exempt from, or rather does not meet the Scottish Governments requirements to be licenced for short term lets in Scotland. The Association does however strives to match or exceed all safety requirements.
